Bonjour Khufu garments are printed, cut and sewn from scratch and made to order. As they are individually made no two piece are exactly alike which makes them unique. Each item is produced after you order it. Initial fabrication requires a few weeks because each step is checked for perfection. Once your order has been received, we will send you a confirmation email. Because all our products are made to order, production times may vary and it will take a little longer for your goods to reach you compared to ready-to-wear items. On average, the production time is 10-15 days, but it can take longer especially during busy periods or during holiday season. We will keep you updated as developments happen and email you once your order has been shipped.  

On some occasions our manufactures may at short notice, advise that they no longer able make certain items and we will have to remove said items immediately from our store. If you have placed an order and our manufacturers are unable to fulfil the order, we will offer you the option of a full refund or alternative items. This situation rarely happens but it is always a possibility.


We create matching pattern items but due to using different manufacturers and materials we cannot guarantee that the colours will exactly match, e.g. a backpack and a t-shirt may not match perfectly. Such colour differences may occur when the products are made from two different fabrics and those materials require different ink types and fixation processes. Exact design colours are not guaranteed as every computer screen and phone displays differently. Some of the patterns are vintage and may not print as a seamless pattern. This is not a flaw but part of the design. If you have any concerns, please contact us and we will be happy to provide you with further details on any items and maybe able to provide you with a swatch for a minimal fee.

Garment Care

Care instructions can be found on the label attached to the garment. In order to keep your garment in pristine condition and maintain its life, please follow the care instructions carefully. We recommend machine washing in cold water with like colours. Where appropriate, tumble dry on a low heat setting, do not bleach, do not hang in direct sunlight, and iron on a cool setting if necessary. Turn your garment inside out before washing to preserve the life of the graphics. Due to the manufacturing process, it is completely normal to occasionally have loose ends on a garment. We do not recommend cutting them, but instead try tying them in a knot and any extra threads can be safely cut off.   


Our product pages will show your local currency, so that you know exactly what you are paying per item, but at the checkout the total payment will automatically be converted and shown in USD. The currency conversion is approximate and may vary on a daily basis. Moreover, it does not include any conversion fee that your bank could apply. 

Gift Vouchers

Our gift vouchers are issued in USD. 

Shipping & Delivery

If you have ordered several different items they may be sent out in separate parcels, so don’t panic if you don’t receive all your items at once, they will be on their way.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email with your tracking number/s. It is then in the care of the courier or postal service.

Shipping times vary depending on the manufacture and customer location, so please allow 7-30 business days for delivery. 

If your shipment is overdue, please contact the couriers or postal service in the first instance. If you need any further assistance, please contact us and we will make every effort to help resolve the issue.

The recent Covid-19 virus pandemic has had a major impact on the fashion industry with sudden closures of factories and warehouses, along with disruption to deliveries. Unfortunately it still continues to cause disruption. In these unpredictable times, changes to our terms and conditions with regards to production times and delivery may be necessary. We will make every effort to keep our customers informed of any serious delays or changes. We will also keep our customers up to date with regards to pending orders. Any major changes will be noted on the home page of the website and also announced on our social media pages.


We ship worldwide with the exceptions of North Korea, Syria, Russia, Ukraine and Iran. Additional restrictions may apply. If additional restrictions to any countries not already mention this will be confirmed on the product description page. 

Shipping Prices

Shipping prices may vary depending on the shipping method and location. To get an accurate estimate, we suggest adding your products to your cart and providing your shipping address, then reviewing your order before confirming.


On occasions some international orders may get stopped by the customs agency in your country and an additional fee may be required to release them. If this happens this is out of our control. We cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs or other regulations that may apply. The laws differ from country to country, they change often, and we cannot keep up with them all. If you have any questions with regards to customs, we encourage you to speak with your customs office, although we will endeavour to ship any products you order to the address you provide.

Any customs duties, taxes, tariffs, fees or other charges that may apply and that are not already paid for by the customer at the time of ordering on our website are the customer’s responsibility.
